Returns Policy

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns for scratched paint on weight plates will NOT be accepted. Touch up paint will be sent for scratched plates.

Returns as a matter of convenience will not be refunded the original ship to charge and will also be responsible for return shipping charges. A 20% re-stocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. Items must be returned in new or like new condition to be eligible for any refund. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship to the United States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii should contact us for a custom freight quote. Orders will ship 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Transit times vary by location, but generally range from 2-7 business days. 

We use USPS, FedEx, UPS and various freight shipping companies for deliveries. Orders over 125 lbs will ship freight and require a signature for delivery. Freight shipments are only delivered during normal business hours from Monday-Friday.  There is no weekend service for freight. If your order exceeds 125 lbs and you can't accept a freight shipment, contact us and we may be able to offer an alternate solution.
